Wells Fargo Unpacks Innovation in the Wealth Management Advisor Workstation
With many in the industry keen to understand how leading institutions like Wells Fargo are innovating in the wealth management space, we invited Lenny AcriGarofalo, Head of Advisor Platforms and Advisor Enablement at Wells Fargo, to join OpenFin CEO Mazy Dar for a live discussion at last month's FinJS New York conference to discuss how the bank is leveraging cutting-edge technologies to create a bespoke experience for end-users.
“Part of the software delivery also comes with taking that capability and coupling it with human behavior. If we don't stitch together the experience…throughout the lifecycle, it doesn't make things easy for our advisors or our clients,” said AcriGarofalo. “I would say ultimately delivering with confidence and simplifying the architecture, reusing what works, industrializing what's not and eliminating the waste ultimately leads us to how we measure ROI.”
Other topics addressed during the discussion included:
- How Wells Fargo’s sophisticated user research process is a core part of its overall strategy
- An overview of the implementation and tech strategy behind Wells Fargo’s wealth management platform
- How Wells Fargo’s workflows enable advisors to quickly and efficiently access the precise information they need
- The current hiring environment for engineers and product personnel
Watch the fire-side chat below, and learn more about how Wells Fargo’s Wealth Management arm is working to revolutionize how end-users interact with technology.
